Came in with my husband for lunch and sat at the bar and the young lady Louise took great care of us and answered all my (probably annoying) questions. The host was also super friendly when we walked in. I got the crab cakes and they were wonderful and my husband said his salad was also good. Drinks were also great of course! Excellent new location

Very long wait, a lot of mistakes and miscommunication in our orders, meat undercooked, most of the food was delicious, wait staff tried but seemed overwhelmed, good atmosphere

Since the restaurant relocated not impressed. Slow service. Don't get salads at the same time. Wait and wait for drinks. Steaks haven't been as good medium comes out well done. Yucky mess on dish around steaks, very unappetizing. Potatoes hard not cooked enough. Wish they would figure it out.

The broccoli and cheese changed my life...sooo good...My steak was ok, i asked for medium well and got medium instead but it still taste ok...the host and staff are polite and attentive. Winga were exceptional as well as the quesadillas...

OMG! I couldn't wait to eat my left overs! Never had perfectly cooked broccoli like this before! Also my family is not huge on red meat sorry, but I had a baked chicken breast with bacon and bourbon sauce😋... My husband had salmon that he devoured before I could taste it... An my actually ate all his food!😋😋😋â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!

Really great food, very nice staff and the whole place was really clean. They've got a super nice bathroom too. Only problem was that I ordered a full rack and only received half a rack and it was quite a hassle to get just a few dollars back.

How about before you remodel for a bigger location you make sure you have enough employees. Waited 15 minutes until I got up and left. Would have at least appreciate a heads up “hey folks, I’ll be with you in a few minutes†or something. Nope nada.

We have been here a few times. Each time it has been slow service. Currently we have been sitting for 20 minutes waiting for my salad for 15 minutes. At this point not sure if she forgot or that shes just to busy standing talking to other servers. I get very annoyed with this. I had been a server in the past and know what it takes it is not that hard. Will seriously consider if we ever come back. Just sucks that the food is decent.

Just went here with my girlfriend, it was her first time going to outback, and my first time back in years. Our waitress never gave her name, never ran threw the menu with us, never got asked if we needed a refill, never asked how we wanted the steak done (came out well done we wanted rare) and on top of that she never gave us our bill. Sat there for long enough for me to get up and get it myself.

Went to the new location. Told a 25 minute wait. Ended up being 50 minutes. Finally get a seat and wait 10 minutes for beer. Order food when we get the beers and wait 30 minutes for a overcooked steak. Didnt even want it redone after all the waiting. At least the wifes chicken was cooked right. I'd avoid if it's even a little bit busy. Used to come here all the time and was never let down. 5 star to 1 star. Rough....

Great service, good food. For me there was too much spice on steak, but the description did say spicy! Prime rib a little overdone, but not a lot of fat like you see on some.

Went there last night for Valentine's dinner and made reservations. We checked in for our 6:15 dinner at 5:50. A couple came in after us that had revservation at 6,arrived 10 mins late and got a table NEVER got seated! NEVER got the text message to get a table. Very disappointed!

Hostess seemed depressed but our server Tim was absolutely phenomenal. He really made it feel like we were at his personal restaurant. Food was better than I remember for an Outback and overall it was a very good experience.

Loved the new location. Restaurant has a nice ambiance to it. When we arrived we were told 40-50 minutes to get a table, but ended up getting sat in 15-20 minutes. Food was great and the service was good as well. Overall, a good experience.

Our server Louie was phenomenal! He was personable and attentive to our table. I would highly recommend asking the hostess to have Louie as your server the next time you're at Outback.

Service at the bar while waiting was outstanding. Ambiance at the new location is great. Once seated, our server spent so much time gabbing he failed to listen to what we were asking for. Service was slow. I ordered pasta and it arrived dried out with little sauce. I requested more sauce and waited 15 minutes before it arrived and I could eat my meal. We don't plan on returning.

This would actually be 0 stars if that was an option. So I'll say you only got that star because of your waitress. For starters the waitress (Kashondra) was great. I am aware that none of this was her fault. The bone in ribeye steak that was supposed to be medium well was full of fat and blood. They had to replace it and still tried to charge us for it. The blooming onion was burned and very very greasy. The lobster mac and cheese was under cooked. The fettuccine alfredo was dry. I had to ask for extra sauce. The lobster tail that was promised with the add was actually half of a 4oz lobster tail. This was the worst dine in experience I have ever had. Especially with it being my 40th birthday. I was tremendously disappointed. NEVER AGAIN

Went to the new location by Brookfield square mall, this needs to be updated on google, and had a great birthday experience! Brandon was our server and did a great job ensuring our orders were correct and my birthday experience special! We had an over cooked steak and fish that did not taste right and the wonderful manager made it up to us! Great communication and positive attitudes made this a pleasurable experience! We will be back, thanks outback for a sweet birthday celebration! 😀

30 minutes wait for a 10 oz. steak just to get it overcooked eventually..the waitress kept on saying "I'm sorry, it's kinda my fault" and that's it.Look for Texas roadhouse if you're craving for a steak, they get the job done when looking for a steak and a good service.

Came for food during business travels and received slow service and un-attentive staff. Also got charged additional item on the bill and had to wait as well as hunt down other employees to get someone to correct my bill. Food was decent but service could be less than desired.

Really enjoyed my experience here on a dinner date with my sister. Our waiter Ryan was fantastic!! Fast, efficient, personable, knowledgable and sweet. He needs a raise! Way to be in that industry for sure. Food was excellent. No complaints at all

We went for a late lunch today. We were seated immediately and our server Terri was very nice. We ordered. My husband ordered the burger. Prior the burger the burger coming he ordered a beer. The burger came, he asked for ketch up, the beer had yet come. He ate his mac and cheese, j ate my tacos and we asked someone else to bring ketch up. The burger grew cold. We asked another server or for the manager. The manger came, listened to my husband, she had a new beer brought, ordered a new burger and gave him his original burger to go. Everything came out perfect the 2nd time, plus an additional new side of mac. Thank you! Lastly, when the bill arrived we were knly charhed for my meal. Not necessary but thank you.

I was a little surprised at how good the meal was. I had the pork tenderloin chop, perfectly done and nice sized, seasonal vegetables, crisp cooked and so fresh. The coconut shrimp appetizer - yes, to die for! And our server was personable and attentive throughout. And if I were to come back for just one thing it would be their generous and delightful Old Fashioned made just the way I like it- whiskey seltzer. They definitely muddled the top shelf cherry and generous wedge of orange with ideal balance of bitters, liquor and seltzer. Oh yes, I'm coming back for that! Casual, friendly atmosphere with big screen TVs that don't interfere with your dining experience if you aren't interested. Easy viewing if you are. And, nice clean restrooms at this convenient location in the Brookfield Square east parking lot. Two of each: appetizers, drinks, pork chop and prime rib dinners for $97.00 including tip.

Went a day before Valentine's day to beat the crowd. Walked in and were not greeted by anyone? A few workers in the back saw us but did not come up front. Hostess? came up, had absolutely no expression on her face, seated us. Long story short, everyone looked like they were unhappy and in pain! Not a good Valentine day for us. Customer service BAD!!Food was average. Will not go back. Good luck you guys-

First time back since COVID-19 and we were excited. Unfortunately everything was a let down. It was as if they have never served food before. They food it self was below average for what i was used to from outback. I would say wait a few more months before going back.

Food was great. Steak perfectly cooked. Service was okay, over heard busser girl and hostess talking about how much they want to go home and the hostess told the busser to stop taking her tips. Have that conversation somewhere else, not next to my booth while I’m eating dinner. Everyone wants to go home after a long day of work but nobody wants to hear it, especially while trying to enjoy a nice steak I payed for after my long day of work.

We each had the 6 ounce sirloin, baked potato, and a salad (mine was a pretty good Caesar...no actual anchovies,of course, sadly). The atmosphere is casual, service was attentive, and the prices were reasonable. Our steaks were prepared as requested (medium and medium rare). All in all a good meal for lunch.

Went here for my wife's birthday and was just a bad experience. Glasses were dirty and service was terrible. Upon looking at my bank statement the waitress took $10 more than what we originally tipped. When we called they couldn't find the receipt. I've never had a worst experience and will never come back to this location.

My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day. Our server, Scott, was phenomenal. He constantly monitored our table and we never had to look for him to ask for something. He was the perfect attentive waiter! Our meals consisted of filet and lobster. The meat was the best we've EVER had, cooked beyond perfection. The lobster was great. I found out the cook was also named Scott (thank you, Scott). The bartender made the BEST cosmo! I must say, this was the best meal we've ever had.

Nice new place, clean and unique which is refreshing. Food was good but I didn't care for the way the menu is set up. Ordering a steak seemed like putting together a puzzle. The usual, ask for medium well and it come out medium rare. I don't understand how it can be such a large difference. I know they don't want to overcook it but at least come close so I don't have to wait for them to finish cooking my steak while the rest of my plate gets cold. Just do it right the first time. Overall not bad. The service was nice and good. Food was normal. Nothing really jumps out either way.
